WASHINGTON — In a major victory for national security, President Trump officially swore in former Senator Markwayne Mullin as the new Secretary of Homeland Security today in the Oval Office. Describing Mullin as "strong, professional, and fair," the President made it clear that the era of border uncertainty is over.

The ceremony was a powerful display of the deep, personal bond between the two men—a friendship forged not in politics, but in a father’s love. Trump was incredibly cordial to Mullin's son, Jim, whose recovery from a severe brain injury the President personally supported with daily calls and medical resources years ago.

Watching the President interact so generously with the Mullin family proves once again that he isn't just a leader of a nation, but a man of immense heart who stands by his friends and their families when it matters most.

The briefing took an even more explosive turn when President Trump revealed he had received a "very significant prize" from Tehran today—a "present" arrived that is worth a "tremendous amount of money." While the President kept the specific details close to the chest, he hinted strongly that it was related to oil, gas, and the Strait of Hormuz. "It wasn't nuclear related. It was oil and gas related, and it was a very nice thing they did," Trump told reporters, flashing the confidence of a master dealmaker who has finally forced the regime to talk sense.

My take? The "present" is almost certainly a massive peace offering in the form of high-value oil tankers or a major energy concession, proving that "Peace through Strength" is paying off in billions for the American people.

With Day 25 of the operation winding down, the momentum is entirely on the side of the United States. Trump confirmed that top negotiators like Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are "dealing with the right people" in Iran, and this latest "gift" suggests the regime knows their time is up.

The President’s ability to transition from "pounding the hell" out of targets to receiving multi-million dollar "prizes" at the negotiating table is a masterclass in diplomacy. As the Dow continues to react to the "Trump Effect," one thing is certain: under this administration, America doesn't just win wars—we win the peace, and we do it while bringing home the "prizes."
