Liberal Media Hypocrisy: War Powers Double Standards Exposed

The liberal media machine—CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, and NBC's Meet the Press—continues to push a blatant double standard on presidential war powers, screeching that Donald Trump's targeted strikes are "illegal" while ignoring identical actions by Democrats.
Take Barack Obama's 2011 Libya campaign: a seven-month bombing spree without congressional approval, praised as a "humanitarian effort" by the same outlets now foaming at the mouth over Trump.
Nancy Pelosi herself dismissed the need for authorization, flatly telling reporters, "Yes," when asked if Obama required none, before walking off the stage. Joe Biden's no different, authorizing airstrikes on Iranian-backed militias in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen without full congressional buy-in, yet ABC and CBS frame them as "defensive" necessities.
Bill Clinton lobbed missiles at Sudan, Afghanistan, and Iraq in 1998, and Kosovo in 1999—all without declarations of war—and the networks cheered.
George W. Bush got authorizations, but the left's selective outrage only kicks in for Trump. This isn't journalism; it's partisan hackery, lying bold-faced to the American people that Trump's actions are criminal when every president has done the same.
Adam Schiff epitomizes this hypocrisy. This pencil-necked liar dragged the nation through years of bogus Russia collusion investigations, wasting millions and dividing the country, all while dodging accountability for Democratic war moves. On Real Time with Bill Maher, Schiff trashed a "totally vague" justification for military force—until Maher revealed it was Obama's Libya rationale. Schiff squirmed, backpedaling to Syria instead.
Meanwhile, George Stephanopoulos, the ABC anchor masquerading as objective, has a history of shaming women to protect Democrats. As Clinton's communications director, he viciously attacked accusers like Juanita Broaddrick, who alleged rape, labeling them as unreliable or motivated by politics—classic victim-blaming to shield his boss. Fast-forward, and he's still at it, recently grilling Rep. Nancy Mace, a rape survivor, over her Trump support, drawing accusations of shaming her trauma. These guys aren't reporters; they're Democratic shields.
Then there's John Brennan, ex-CIA director turned MSNBC talking head and enemy of the state. John Brennan should be in jail for treason, lying to the American people for years about Russia. This Obama holdover blasts Trump's every move as "erratic" and "abusive," including revoking his security clearance for endless anti-Trump rants, but he was silent on Obama's unauthorized Libya strikes or Biden's Yemen bombings. Brennan's hypocrisy reeks of deep-state bias, prioritizing party over country.
Kristen Welker, Meet the Press's current host and a real piece of work, platforms this nonsense weekly. Last Sunday, March 1, she had on Democrats like Sen. Mark Kelly and Rep. Ro Khanna, who parroted lies about Trump's "illegal war" without challenge, ignoring how Biden's strikes bypassed Congress too. These Sunday morning echo chambers amplify bold-faced lies, claiming Trump's doing something unprecedented when it's standard presidential authority.
Americans are fed up with this rigged game. If military action without full congressional approval is a "crime" for Trump, why the free pass for Obama, Biden, Clinton, and Bush? The answer: These networks and their guests—Schiff, Stephanopoulos, Brennan, Welker, and the rest—are arms of the Democratic machine, enemies of truth who think you're too dumb to notice.
It's time to call them out, tune them out, and demand real accountability. This isn't an illegal war; Trump is doing nothing wrong here. Wake up and fight back against the lies and stop watching these propaganda opinion shows.
